One night last year I couldn't sleep and happened upon Erica Reitman's stories on instagram. She was discussing "month of me" and I intended to participate but life happened and I did not. This year, I am doing it! YES I AM! 30 days of doing stuff for me. Or about me. Whatever, it is MY choice. I will document my thoughts, progress, and what did and did not work here and on instagram.
I am still thinking about my list but here is what is on it so far:
- Get rid of all the crap/clutter in our house
- Watch all the shows on our DVR
- Make Challah
- Back up all my travel photos to one hard drive
- Use my real camera on photo days instead of my iphone
- Weed the zen garden
- Read a book
I'm not putting fitness or health related things on my list because those things are already in rotation in my life. Now I need to refine how this list will happen and schedule it on my calendar.
