Thing 46: Foam rollers are my gluten-free. I think everyone's life would be better if they took 15 minutes a day to do foam roller exercises. It's just so relaxing! Every night I foam roll without fail. It's great after standing in the kitchen making cookies, hours of editing photos, or after spending all day contorting over canvases. It's like going to a massage without having strangers touch you or the fear of being caught naked in public during an earthquake.
