The other day I tweeted/instagramed/facebooked that my husband and I were addicted to these pretzel rolo sandwiches. It's extremely simple to make these (only 2 ingredients if you don't count PMS) and oddly they have people baffled!
I use pretzel slims from Trader Joe's and rolos. You can use whatever pretezels and chocolate caramel candies you like.
1. Put a bunch of pretzels on a plate and top with one rolo. Put in the microwave 13-18 seconds depending on your microwave (you may have to experiment). If you don't have a microwave, you can put these in a 250 oven for 3 minutes instead.
2. Quickly, while the rolos are still melty, gently press another pretzel piece into the melty rolo. A pretezel rolo sandwhich is born!
Put these in the refridgerator for a few minutes to solidify then EAT. YUM!
If you feel more adventurous (and are not watching your calories), you could try the pretzel rolo turtle here.
