We are back from our grand adventure. We had the best, Best, BEST time! Because we are us, it rained every day and was sweltering. We got both extremes at once. I think there was one night in Salzburg after we'd wrestled our umbrella's back from the dark side of the wind in rain that we decided being soaked and walking in sloshing shoes (and a little chilly) was slightly better than being overheated and wet in sloshy shoes. Either way was always cause for us to duck into a cafe and get a pastry. And of course we laughed non-stop about everything! We made lots of observations, had some growing experiences, and ate everything that didn't eat us. We even ordered a beer one night (because it was cheaper than a diet coke, cold, and came in a larger glass). We'll be sharing some of those stories and more photos as soon as we get our whole bodies exfoliated, manicured, waxed, and re-caffeinated.
