It seems the cool thing to be anti-Valentine's Day because nobody wants to be told by a greeting card company when to say I LOVE YOU. But it's time to put this special day in perspective. There is chocolate everywhere right now. And, in a few hours, that very same peanut butter or caramel filled chocolate will be on sale. It's fine with me that Hallmark invented this holiday. It doesn't involve a fake god, a miracle involving burning hot oil, anyone stealing land from anyone, or grown men in bunny suits begging children to sit on their laps. It's a day about chocolate and if Hallmark sells cards to it, that's fine by me.
What time, exactly, do you think the Reese's Hearts will be on sale?
*The Love print is available all year in my shop, not just on Chocolate Day.
