Last night between 11PM (when I closed the curtains) and 5AM (when I opened the curtains), our upstairs window got broken. It's an odd window to be broken because it's in the pointy part of the roofline and there's nothing in the way of it. There's no blood or feathers on the window, and no bird below on the ground. There is a small circle where a rock or something hit the window. Birds usually hit our window on the first floor and they leave a bloody mess when they do. It's really loud when it happens. What happened and why did neither of us hear it?
Oh, we probably didn't hear because the dogs next door were barking so damn loud that we have to wear earplugs in our own house. Or did the window finally crack because it got tired of listening to the dogs bark, too?
I need answers. And a window repair man.
*I think Ignacio needs to trim those roses!
