Lain Ehmann of ScrapHappy has a new podcast up and it features a really funny interview with me. It's funny because Lain and I attempted to do this interview a few times but each time we talked, the universe intervened and sent unbearable static through the phone lines. So, through the course of the interview, we go from phone to speaker phone to cell phone, which is just so typical of my life. I love Lain and I am so happy to have had this experience with her! That was the funniest day ever and listening to the podcast reminded me of it. We discussed the difference between art journaling and scrapping, my fabulous art studio, where I keep my journal pages, how I keep track of my loose bits, and whether or not Karen really exists. If you've ever wanted to discuss these things with me over a cell phone with the cell phone pressed really hard against your ear, you HAVE to listen to the podcast. You don't need to download anything. Just click play.
Photos of some of the things we discussed can be seen here. Lain is giving away a free copy of Journal Revolution on her blog, too! Go leave her a comment about the podcast to be entered for your chance to win. THANK YOU, LAIN!!!!!
As soon as I get done writing down all the names of the people who shared lunch with us, then choosing one with my eyes closed, we will post the winner here.
*and in the podcast, I meant to say even tho it is a struggle some days, I do journal every day. It just came out wrong. Stupid cell phones :)
OOOOOHHHHH and Lain has graciously donated her time and many, many, many prizes for the over 3000 participants in the FREE LOAD Challenge at Big Picture. Lain is donating one dollar per person registered for her FREE class to Books For Kids. I don't think she expected so MANY people would sign up! If you'd like to help with the donations, here's her Books For Kids donation badge.
