In an effort to make the writers strike* end sooner, we've decided to redo our entire hall "1987" bathroom instead of just repainting it. I should've taken pictures while the bathroom was still accessorized and semi-cute,but it's too late now. I've hated this bathroom since we bought our house 8 years ago. There were always other things that needed fixing first. I should note that 8 years ago, Karen painted her bathroom to match this one exactly! No matter whose house we were in, it felt like home. Yellow and orange HOME. The ugly tile, floor, and stupidest ever vanity were here when we moved in. I HATE fake drawers! With our budget of $500, we have purchased a new vanity, new sink, new floor, new paint, new molding, new shower curtain, and a few other accessories. All labor will be done by my husband and me, if we don't kill each other first. Actually, he'll do all the labor while I just point at stuff and finally put that degree in Space Design to use. I'll take photos along the way.
*Should it be writers' strike? I'm thinking it should be, but then why doesn't the WGA punctuate it that way?
